$50,000 - $60,000 yearly

• Perform property inspections (move-ins, move-outs, main inspections, mid-term inspections)
• Enforce property and associations’ rules and regulations
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of compliance with all Federal, State, and local housing laws
• Working knowledge of home maintenance, repairs, and systems
• Respond to tenants' and owners’ requests in a timely manner, delivering excellent customer service
• Installing lockbox and ensuring the property is marketing ready
• Ensuring all properties are ready for scheduled move-ins
• Providing resolution to resident issues
• Input property information in our software and maintaining it up to date
• In the absence of the Maintenance Manager, supervises scheduling of maintenance work including corrective and preventive maintenance
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous experience in residential property management
• Be organized and have superior time and task management skills to cover multiple areas of responsibility
• Be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and carry out assignments within the parameters of instructions given, and standard accepted practices
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• High level of professionalism and excellent customer service
