Position Overview

Circle of Life is growing and we’re looking for a Caregiver Operations Coordinator to join our corporate support team in Minneapolis. Circle of Life is a leading home care agency serving 6 states. We provide services for seniors, children, and people with disabilities, and our mission is to “honor those we serve.” We take pride in the responsibility we have caring for our clients so that they can stay independent in their own homes and communities because we believe that home is the safest place to be. We employ nearly 1,300 personal care assistants (PCAs) and have an office staff of more than 65. This role is a vital team member in supporting the operations of our Minnesota offices.

Pay & benefits:

• $35,000-$40,000 dependent on experience, with potential for annual bonus.
• Benefits include PTO & 9 paid holidays, full health, dental & vision, 401K for full time.
• Schedule is 3 days in office, 2 days work from home, days tbd.

Position Responsibilities

Overall, this position is responsible for efficient & accurate billing associated with the services delivered. This role is located at our Minnesota corporate office (NE Mpls) and work closely with a handful of offices in MN. Duties include:

• Capture weekly data from service delivery and enter in a timely and accurate manner into billing software and other related applications
• Identify, research and correct errors, swiftly bringing them to the attention of relevant parties to remedy
• Become an expert on the State & payors you support, including required deadlines and/or guidelines
• Collaborate within the billing & payroll departments to ensure smooth weekly processes and procedures – communicate with insurance companies or state departments when needed
• Collaborate with a selection of our MN office teams with clear communication, problem solving, and answering questions
• Collaborate with headquarter leadership team on key projects and initiatives, including attending and contributing to team or project meetings

• Has a strong understanding of technology and is easily able to learn and be flexible with new systems and managing multiple systems

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 1 years of experience working in a relevant field
• Is a proficient typer
• Excellent MS Office and Excel skills
• Good command of English
