Circle L Animal Hospital is Hiring a Veterinary Technician Near Valley, AZ
Circle L Animal Hospital is searching for an experienced Veterinary Technician to help us grow our small animal practice.
This is a full-time or part-time role. Candidates must be available to work Saturday hours.
Background and experience:
- Skilled Veterinary Technician with more than 3 years of hands-on experience
- Dependable, enthusiastic, hardworking, honest, and team orientated individual
- Strong work ethic and ability to jump in and help where needed
- Exceptional communication and multi-tasking abilities
- Long-term commitment to the veterinary field
Responsibilities:
- Anesthetic induction
- Anesthesia monitoring
- Surgical preparation and assistance
- Dental prophy
- Digital radiology
- Patient handling and restraint
- Blood draws
- IV catheter placement
- Suture wounds and incisions
- Pharmacy duties
- Lab work
- Drug calculations
- Outpatient procedures
- Microscopic evaluation
- Administer vaccines, injections, and medications
- Client communication and education
Full-time benefits:
- Compensation: $15-$27/hour (based on experience and credentials)
- Bonus package: $2,000 (for credentialed technicians)
- Bonus package: $500 (3 years of current, consecutive experience)
