Circle Arrow Holdings is Hiring a Property Management Near Whitefish, MT

The Landlord is a long established company specializing in long-term residential and commercial property management. We are hiring for a full-time position averaging 32 to 40 hours a week. The Landlord is an Equal Housing Opportunity company.

This position supports and assists in the management of residential and commercial real estate in accordance with our management agreements, along with all local, state and federal laws. You will be involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations of the properties, working closely with tenants, owners and applicants.

QUALIFICATIONS

A qualified candidate will be willing to become licensed within the first nine months of employment, or will hold a current Montana Property Management License, or a Montana Real Estate License. You must also maintain a valid driver's license. The following attributes are desirable for job success:

· Must be able to lift 40 pounds

SKILLS

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe and Google Suite. Familiarity with property management software AppFolio is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide excellent tenant services, responding to requests and addressing problems in a timely manner, and will follow-up to ensure satisfactory resolution

· Conduct periodic inspections of properties and tenant spaces to ensure compliance with leases and proper upkeep of the property

· Ensure that property and lease files are properly maintained and kept up to date in accordance with company procedure

· Assist with administering tenant occupancy including providing the new tenant with an introduction letter regarding emergency contacts, insurance requirements, rent collection procedures, and maintenance request procedures.

· Prepare and maintain appropriate tenant lease files, records, correspondence and file notes

· Become proficient with the AppFolio property management software

· Coordinate entry of all property information into the software program, monitoring all key dates and reporting within the AppFolio system

· Collaborate with co-workers to support maintenance requests and preventive maintenance

You will support management’s efforts in the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures and programs. In absence of executive staff, you will provide “in charge” responsibilities for the properties. These responsibilities include occasionally being on-call via cell phone for maintenance emergencies (obligation rotates among staff), managing and delegating solutions for that emergency call.
