We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Respiratory Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operation of Circadia devices and coordinating with the facility team to meet respiratory care needs. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the online functionality of all Circadia devices, overseeing the completion of consents, and promptly addressing escalation reports related to respiratory concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Device Coordination:
• Collaborate with the facility team to ensure the continuous online functionality of Circadia devices.
• Conduct regular checks and maintenance to guarantee optimal performance.
• Consent Management:
• Oversee the process of obtaining consents related to respiratory therapy procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of signed consents.
• Escalation Response:
• Acknowledge and promptly respond to escalation reports related to respiratory needs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement timely and effective solutions.
• Patient Care Collaboration:
• Work closely with healthcare professionals to assess and address respiratory therapy requirements for patients.
• Provide support and expertise in respiratory care as needed.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed records of device functionality, consent status, and escalation responses.
• Generate reports for internal review and improvement.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a startup mentality.
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
• Experience with Point Click Care (EHR).
• Exceptional critical and analytical thinking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical decision support.
• Preferred experience using GSuite: Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in listening, comprehending, and processing detailed information.
• Commitment to continuous learning and clinical improvement.
• Licensed as a California Registered Respiratory Therapist

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $105,000
