Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage staff. This includes managing staff, optimizing processes, and ensuring the achievement of business goals. The majority of the hours for this position are in the evening hours and weekends nights.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and execution of projects
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members
- Identify opportunities for business development and growth
- Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement

Experience:
- Proven experience in operations management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of profit loss analysis, business development, leadership, project management, strategic planning, and process improvement
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and supervise a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using relevant software applications

Pay: $43,508.16 - $50,000.00 per year
