Ciocca Subaru of Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Title Clerk to join our team. There is no better time to join a growing team! This position is full time, Monday-Friday with day-time hours.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Handling all aspects of title functions
  • Scanning of title documents for each transaction
  • Apply for duplicate & dealer titles
  • Assist in the follow up of older deals and out of state transactions
  • Handle the title work of loaner & wholesale vehicles

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

  • Prior title clerk experience is required
  • Learns quickly and is very accurate with their work
  • The correct candidate must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of Dealer track/TRIVIN are also a plus
