ESSENTIAL DUTIES FOR HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST:
Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:

• Organize and maintain employee records
• Supervise new employee onboarding, prepare offer documentation, and conduct orientation session.
• Schedule job interviews, contact, and screen candidates
• Responding to emails and calls on behalf of the department
• Assist with employee scheduling and time keeping
• Gather staffing needs from the VP of operations
• Assist on Human resources Projects

• Strong leadership ability
• Ability to function independently and with team members effectively
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Ability to stay current on employment requirements and regulations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

QUALIFICATIONS OF HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST:

• Acceptable Criminal Background Check
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related field OR 2 years of relatable experience. (preferred)
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now Preferred
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Flexible schedule to work outside of business hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
