Talent Acquisition Manager

Overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee all aspects of talent acquisition including finding, recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented candidates. This position will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing an effective Talent Acquisition strategy for CINQCARE. This includes building a strong Employer Brand by designing, planning, and executing employer branding activities and improving the overall candidate experience. This position will also support an internal customer base, acting as a business partner to leaders, driving successful delivery to support growth as well as plan and execute initiatives that directly align with the business strategy.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Leads diversity recruiting strategies to attract a diverse workforce to the company by hiring talented people of varied backgrounds, experiences, and styles.
  • Designs and delivers talent strategies through a variety of channels including the use of social media platforms, employee referral program, networking, and unique opportunities/events, building a pipeline of diversified and highly skilled talent for the organization.
  • Identifies and recommends sourcing tools, techniques, and technologies for passive and active candidates to build talent pipelines and communities.
  • Creates an amazing candidate experience while seeking opportunities for automation and improvements throughout the candidate journey.
  • Oversees the development, coordination, and implementation of recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Build community-based connections in an effort to promote local talent acquisition.
  • Prepares reports of recruitment activity related metrics including creating a TA budget.
  • Attends relevant events including job fairs, seminars, and local networking events to promote CINQCARE’s brand and employment opportunities.
  • Stays informed of both current and future trends, and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive to support recruiting strategy and needs.
  • Identifies, recruits, develops and retains top-notch talent.
  • Coordinate the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders. 
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Coordinates the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in employment lifecycle recruiting.
  • Ensure compliance with federal state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. 
  • Ensures job descriptions are up-to-date and in compliance.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned. 

General Duties

The Talent Acquisition Managershall have following duties:

  • Leadership: Lead in defining and executing strategies and solutions to create business value in talent acquisition, including building a team to design, develop, and execute those strategies and solutions to deliver desired outcomes.
  • Strategy: Establish the business strategy and roadmap: (1) improve outcomes for CINQ Care Inc. members; (2) enhance the efficacy of other CINQ Care Inc. business divisions; and (3) develop and deliver external market opportunities for CINQ Care products and services. In establishing the business strategy, the Talent Acquisition Manager will define and innovate sustainable revenue models to drive profitability of the Company.
  • Collaboration: Ensure that talent acquisition capabilities form a cohesive offering, including by working closely with other business divisions to learn their needs, internalize their knowledge, and define solutions to achieve the business objectives of CINQ Care Inc.
  • Knowledge: Provide subject matter expertise in talent acquisition solutions, including determining and recommending approaches for recruitment strategy, solution deployment and performance evaluation.
  • Culture: Is accountable for creating a productive, collaborative, safe and inclusive work environment for the talent acquisition team and as part of the larger Company.

Qualifications

The Talent Acquisition Manager should have thefollowing qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of six (6) years of progressive talent acquisition experience preferred; including a minimum of three (3) years of full cycle recruitment experience required and experience with identifying and implementing recruiting best practices. Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment, closing complex positions, negotiating compensation packages, and building an innovative and sustainable talent acquisition strategy. Knowledgeable about current market trends and competitive data.
  • Technology: Experience with HRIS and ATS systems preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft suite and related software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Entrepreneurial: CINQ seeks to fix gaps that have persisted for generations in the delivery of care to Black and Brown populations. This position is accountable for ensuring CINQ is positioned to innovatively deliver on its promise by influencing stakeholders and working closely with them to determine acceptable outcomes.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently. Superb prioritizing/time-management/organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Relationships: Ability to build and effectively manage relationships with business leaders and external constituents.
  • Culture: Good judgement, impeccable ethics, and a strong team player; desire to succeed and grow in a fast-paced, demanding, and entrepreneurial Company.

Location: CINQ Care Inc. has offices in Washington, D.C. and New York City. The preferred location for this role is in Washington DC.
