We are selecting Cinnabon Shift Leads!

We are specifically looking for leaders who :

• Are 17 years of age or older
• Take pride in leaving a great mark on their guests and fellow employees; have a positive attitude; and a solid work ethic.
• Are interested in long-term employment with Cinnabon (not just seasonal).
• Are looking for an employer who provides flexible scheduling and promotes a healthy work / life balance.
• Have a passion for people and love interacting with guests.
• Believe that the best leaders are the ones who are willing to do any aspect of the job whether that’s register, dishes, scrubbing the floors or rolling Cinnabons.
• Are open to feedback and agile to coaching. On the flip-side, someone who is willing to constantly coach and provide feedback for their team.
