Marketing Associate - Entry Level

We are seeking a talented and driven recent marketing graduate to join our growing team in Cincinnati, OH as a Marketing Associate. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone looking to launch their marketing career.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with developing marketing strategies and campaign plans across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, etc.)
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and insights
• Support content creation such as blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative marketing ideas
• Assist with organizing events, tradeshows, and promotional activities
• Work cross-functionally with creative, sales, and account teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools
• Passion for marketing and eagerness to learn
