We are seeking a highly motivated Health/Weight Management Coordinator to join our team. Candidate should have a passion for weight management and a strong desire to build a program to help people change their lives. Duties may include planning, budgeting, marketing, program execution, administration, sales, accounts receivable, inventory control, etc. Candidate must have great organizational skills, detail oriented and be a great communicator including on the phone. Ability to empathize, coach, and educate participants is a plus while providing outstanding administrative support. Ideal candidates will have a servant’s heart and a strong desire to help people succeed on their weight loss journey

Duties:

- Planning, Budgeting, etc.

- Program execution

-Complete administration tasks

- complete inventory control and other sales tasks

-Grow participation by utilizing great communication and marketing skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Health Sciences, Psychology, etc.) preferred
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry
- Strong knowledge of health coaching techniques, aliment strategies, yoga practices, personal training methods, behavioral health principles, and weight loss strategies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient in motivational interviewing techniques
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
