A Day in the Life –

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst II to join the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team, as part of our Information Technology (IT) department. The RPA team is an enterprise-level shared services group focused on utilizing automation software to create efficiencies and automated solutions that strive to meet business goals and create an exceptional internal and external customer experience. This is a great opportunity to work with all areas of the enterprise to develop creative solutions while working with innovative software.

Duties and Responsibilities

As an IT Business Analyst II, you will:

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand manual processes, identify opportunities for automation, and re-engineer processes to improve efficiencies and create an automated solution.
Elicit and document requirements and visual aids for current and future state processes.
Partner with developers and solution architects to determine automated solutions for complex problems.
Assist with test planning and execution.
Coordinate and track project tasks using an agile methodology.
