Performs all assigned work requests on all electrical and mechanical equipment. Performs and/or assigns all work requests on all electrical and mechanical equipment on the property. Is prepared to clean sidewalks and entrances to the hotel in case of a snow or ice storm. Reports daily to the maintenance supervisor on maintenance areas of concern in the hotel. Provides the highest quality of service to guests at all times.Candidates must have full availability to work day and evening shifts as well as weekends.QualificationsThis is an entry level maintenance position.
