As a Physician/Faculty Recruitment Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in attracting top-tier talent to the #1 Children’s Hospital in the US, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for both candidates and clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Liaison:
  • Personalized Support: Act as the primary point of contact for elite physician and faculty candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Tailored Communication: Provide clear, timely, and customized communication, addressing individual needs and preferences.
  • Candidate Experience: Create an exclusive and comfortable experience for candidates, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
  • Problem Resolution: Address any concerns or issues promptly, maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Elite Clientele: Work closely with division/department leadership to understand their specific requirements.
  • Customized Solutions: Tailor candidate visits and ongoing engagement to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Anticipate Needs: Proactively identify potential challenges and address them promptly.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion:
  • Privacy Protection: Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
  • Elite Network: Build and maintain relationships with elite professionals discreetly.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from candidates and clients to enhance the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE


Required Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree in a related field OR equivalent experience
  • 0 - 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline

Preferred Qualifications:
