As a Physician/Faculty Recruitment Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in attracting top-tier talent to the #1 Children’s Hospital in the US, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for both candidates and clients.

Responsibilities:

Candidate Liaison:

Personalized Support: Act as the primary point of contact for elite physician and faculty candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Tailored Communication: Provide clear, timely, and customized communication, addressing individual needs and preferences.
Candidate Experience: Create an exclusive and comfortable experience for candidates, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
Problem Resolution: Address any concerns or issues promptly, maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Client Relationship Management:

Elite Clientele: Work closely with division/department leadership to understand their specific requirements.
Customized Solutions: Tailor candidate visits and ongoing engagement to meet the unique needs of each client.
Anticipate Needs: Proactively identify potential challenges and address them promptly.

Confidentiality and Discretion:

Privacy Protection: Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
Elite Network: Build and maintain relationships with elite professionals discreetly.

Continuous Improvement:

Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from candidates and clients to enhance the recruitment process.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and innovations in physician and faculty recruitment.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Required Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree in a related field OR equivalent experience

0 - 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline

Experience

Previous experience in high-touch recruitment, concierge services, or executive search is preferred.
