Cinch Living Facility a 3 bed facility is now hiring for full-time 2nd Shift, hours 2pm-10pm.

We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide essential assistance to our resident. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those requiring support.

*Responsibilities:**

- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and toileting - Provide companionship and emotional support to residents - Monitor and record vital signs. Maintain a clean and safe environment. Meal preparation, medication reminders, medication administration, and housekeeping.

Requirements:**

- Experience in adult family home, assisted living or nursing home. Knowledge of caregiving tasks including ADLs and vital sign monitoring.

Familiarity with memory care and behavior management techniques - Ability to provide direct support with compassion and empathy.

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and their families.

Must have ALL CBRF certificates including; Standard Precautions, First Aid, Fire Safety, Medication Administration.

Must have a TB skin test prior to hire or within 30 days of hire.

Minimum of 1 year experience working in an assisted living.
