Position: Associate Engineering Consultant 1

Description:

• Utilize Cimetrics’ Analytika web-based platform and tools to perform comprehensive analytics of building data (HVAC and control system data) to identify high-value findings
• Identify high-value and time-sensitive Analytika findings using our well-established, engaging and consultative approach
• Identify mechanical faults, carbon reduction opportunities, optimization opportunities, energy saving opportunities, and many other high-value results
• Perform in-depth, root-cause analysis
• Perform energy savings calculations
• Support multiple commercial and institutional accounts
• Support Associate Engineering Consultant Level II and III Engineers and grow into those roles
• Support Account Managers to grow business within existing client base

Firm Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• 3-5 years direct client contact consulting experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with HVAC and/or controls systems
• Bachelor’s degree in physical science or engineering, or equivalent

Pluses:

• Energy engineering experience
• Building controls industry experience
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment operation and sequences of operation
• HVAC commissioning experience
• Commissioning experience
• HVAC design experience
• PE registration or CEM certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
