Cimarron Software's Information Services Department is seeking an IT Specialist to support Corporate Operations and Strategic Initiatives in Houston, TX.

Key Duties:

• Be responsible for troubleshooting, repairs, and patches for corporate systems and hardware.
• Aassist in the maintenance of networks, software, and hardware for systems.
• Support the customization, maintenance, and testing of business applications and network settings to diagnose issues and resolve them.
• Provide general technical support for networks, PCs, printers, and other miscellaneous hardware and software.
• Assist in the identification of opportunities and recommend solutions to increase productivity, network security, and other department goals.
• Monitor computer and network performance.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Associate degree.

Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:

• 1 or more years of related work experience.
• Experience providing end-user IT support.
• Experience supporting enterprise data center systems and/or cloud systems.
• Experience with .NET framework solutions.
• Experience with Angular or another Javascript-based applications development language.
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and SharePoint administration.
• Familiarity with Windows, Mac, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) administration.
• Familiarity with network and firewall appliances.
