CIM Security is hiring experienced individuals to join our team of Safety & Security Professionals in Andover, MA. As a member of our team you will be tasked to conduct all aspects of safety and security monitoring of the interior and exterior of our client's corporate office building.

Available Shifts:

Monday through Friday:

1am - 9am

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform regular patrols of the interior and exterior of the premises
• Inspect client construction sites for building and property damage
• Monitor and authorize entrance of individuals on the property
• Prevent trespassers from accessing restricted areas
• Secure all exits, doors and windows
• Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
• Provide assistance to people in need
• Submit daily activity reports

Qualifications REQUIRED

• Proven experience as security officer or guard
• High School or equivalent
• Knowledge of security equipment
• Familiarity with report writing
• Communication and observation skills

Qualifications PREFERRED

• Driver's License
• De-Escalation training
