As a Residential House Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients’ homes are clean, organized, and maintained to the highest standards. You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and satisfaction to our customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing surfaces.

2. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks.

3. Clean and disinfect kitchen areas, including countertops, sinks, and appliances.

4. Make beds and change linens. (When Applicable)

5. Organize and tidy up living spaces, including bedrooms, living rooms, and common areas.

6. Empty trash and dispose of waste properly.

7. Perform special cleaning tasks as requested by clients, such as window cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, and oven cleaning.

8. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.

9. Follow safety procedures and guidelines while performing cleaning tasks.

10. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. (When Applicable)

11. Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or feedback from clients promptly and professionally.

12. Maintain confidentiality and respect clients’ privacy and property at all times.

13. Wipe down and dust furniture, fixtures, and household items.

14. Make beds, change linens, and tidy up bedrooms and living spaces. (When Applicable)

15. Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, including cleaning blinds, baseboards, and ceiling fans.

16. Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained.

17. Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.

18. Maintain confidentiality and respect clients’ privacy and property at all times.

19. Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate personnel.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in residential cleaning or related field preferred.

2. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.

3. Attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions.

4. Strong time management and organizational skills.

5. Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
