Required: 

• 1.5-2 years of Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Experience (P-NP or F-NP Licensed) 
• Suturing and gluing of simple wounds
• Must be able to read x-rays
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, peers and staff
• Ability to deal with pediatric patients in an acute care setting
• Service oriented attitude is necessary, must be able to provide excellent customer service
• Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations
• Working knowledge and comfortable working with electronic medical records systems for chart documentation, test result review and writing prescription
• Comfortable working as the only provider in the facility with support staff
• Covid vaccination required (medical accommodation considered)

Preferred: 

• Spanish speaking is a plus
• COVID-19 Booster highly recommended
