Director of Growth and Operations Apprenticeship
(apprenticeship - job training following and studying a master of the trade on the job instead of in school)
Immediate opening for long term commitment
After 21 years, CIAO’s fantastic Director of Growth and Operations will be retiring in 2025. We are looking for a full-time (30-40 hrs.) dedicated person to train to become the next Director of Growth and Operations. This member will enter as the Assistant to the Director and transition into the Director position. No prior experience in continuing education is necessary.

Director Key Position Duties:
- Manage national continuing education accounts
- Support customer accounts (Occupational, Physical, and Speech Language Therapists)
- Organize and track continuing ed professional board rules and approvals (ASHA, AOTA, CEBroker)
- Process applications and maintain deadlines
- Team with two CE Administrators
- Coordinate course roll-out
- Create annual course calendars
- Support in-house IT operations
- Grow the business as continuing education providers

Compensation and Benefits:
· Family flexible
· Base Pay $15.00 - $17.00
· Monthly Commissions $300 $1000 plus
· Paid Time Off
· Company contributions to benefit insurances and other policies
