We are looking for an experienced product designer to join our growing experience design team, working across a range of clients and industries.

The ideal candidate will have skills spanning the range of product design including user research and testing, UX, and UI design.

The scope of the role will vary across different clients and projects, sometimes concepting and prototyping entirely new products and propositions, in others working to iterate and evolve existing products with the benefit and insight of data and analytics.

In all cases you will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team of designers, product managers/owners, engineers and strategists to collaboratively design the digital future for our clients and their customers.

Requirements for this challenge:

- An in depth understanding of the end to end product design process and the principles of product thinking.

- Experience of design thinking and following user centred design methods.

- Ability to take insights and user needs and create wireframes and user flows that make this into a tangible product experience.

- UI design skills and the ability to execute the UX utilising a design system.

- Experience and examples of interactive prototypes created using figma, proto pie or similar applications.

- Experience of working directly with clients and stakeholders across a clients business.

- Figma

- Protopie (and/or similar applications such as framer, principal etc..)

- Zeplin (and / or similar design / dev workflow tools)

- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.

Nice to have: 

- Sketch 

- Adobe Suite 

- Experience of creating and organising design systems.

- Experience of structured ideation and the ability to bring creative flair to the product design process.

- Experience of mentoring and developing more junior members of the experience design team.

- Experience of being part of a design ops team or process to make design as effective as possible across an organisation.
