I am a Talent Analyst looking for people in Brazil for a React/Kotlin Software Architect Position to work on a project in the automotive sector.

Responsibilities

- Lead technically the team and enable the development team to build, enhance, and maintain applications. - 

- Participate in design and architecture discussions.

- Ensure that solutions are following security and performance best practices.

- Create & maintain design and other documentation required by the clients.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges, providing guidance and solutions.

- Communicate with customer’s team members and align technical solutions.

- Understand requirements and make viable technical solutions choosing appropriate frameworks. 

- Conduct code reviews

- Guarantee a stable and productive development environment.

- Mentoring and share knowledge with more junior team members.

Requirements for this challenge

- Solid experience in software architecture design and technical leadership.

- Solid experience at least with one Cloud Provider (AWS /Azure/ GCP).

- Solid experience in back-end development using Java and willing to learn Kotlin for backend. 

- Comfort learning new frameworks.

- Experience designing software architecture and defining frameworks and technologies;

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

- Ability to create proof of concepts and coding complex mechanisms.

- Have advanced English proficiency for conversation.

Nice to have:

- Kotlin for backend.

- Solid experience developing responsive web-based applications using React or Javascript.
