CI Solutions is Hiring a Production Specialist Near Los Alamitos, CA
- Performs quality assurance measures pre- and post-production.
- Verify/massage data to meet order standards for production.
- Verify that customer-submitted artwork meets order standards for production.
- Organize and catalog digital artwork files and proofs.
- Work with the Production Director and Systems Consultants on order standards.
- Act as a liaison between the internal team and vendors to communicate proof corrections and changes to printing facilities.
- Oversee quality control process for shipments to and from CI Solutions.
- Keeps a clean and organized work environment.
- Establishes and maintains effective team relationships with all support departments.
- Issue purchase orders for confirmed materials.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and organize supporting material for the processing team.
- Minimum two-year college degree, or 2 years of relevant experience.
- Must be software savvy.
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required).
- Adobe Create Suite: 2 years (Required).
- Previous design customer service experience (Preferred).
- Previous graphic/pre-production art experience (Preferred).
