We are looking for a Field Crew Chief to support the Surveying and Mapping group. We work in a studio atmosphere where collaboration, flexibility, and self-motivation are important. Main Responsibilities:

The Field Crew Chief is responsible for having working knowledge and experience to perform the following type of surveys:

Construction Layout Survey
ALTA/ASCM Survey
Boundary Survey
As-Built Survey
Control Survey
Right-of-Way Survey
Specific Purpose Survey
Topographic Survey

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, move and/or carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Ability to handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
Ability to stand; walk; sit and talk or hear.
Ability to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and taste or smell.

Education, experience, licensure, and skills

Minimum of four years relevant experience
Must pass mandatory DMV check
Knowledge of Florida Minimum Technical Standards
