ProLift Garage Doors seeks a Lead Technician to perform installations, service, and repairs along with small business operational support. If you have prior experience working to repair or install garage doors/motors, please apply.
Responsibilities
- Repair various types of garage doors and openers
- Choose the best solutions for each application as it pertains to safety, functionality, and performance
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform periodic maintenance on new and existing equipment
- Operational support, including inventory management, material orders, pricing strategy, etc
- Team member training and development
- Utilize Service Titan software to share estimates, invoice customers, and follow up with prospects
- Manage your company vehicle including maintenance, operation, and stock
- Assist in local marketing efforts to help grow market share
- 3 years of experience repairing and installing residential garage doors/motors is required
- Operational or inventory management experience preferred
- Previous team management and/or training experience preferred
- Desire to grow a business
- Excellent organization and communication skills
