Churchill Residentialis looking for an Asst. Community Director/Leasing Agent/Lifestyles Coordinatorfor its Evergreen at Farmer’s Branch, a 90-unit Senior Living Community. This positionis responsible for assisting in maintaining the daily operations of aresidential property by providing outrageous customer service every day. Responsibleformeeting all the requirements of the Low-Income Housing and Tax CreditDepartment of Housing and Community Affairs compliance programs. Responsible for leasing, greeting prospects,professionally presenting features and benefits of the community, andcoordinating, scheduling, and administrating resident activities. Prepare andmaintain compliance reports for weekly submission to corporate office. Also,responsible for proofreading and organizing all lease paperwork as well as theon-going file maintenance and protection of compliance files. Working knowledge of Microsoft Officeproducts required. Excellent communication skills; written and verbal. Must be customer service oriented andgenuinely support and promote good relations with service staff and residents. Oneyear’s working experience in a residential property required.
