Responsibilities

Supervising, Managing, and motivating team members on a daily basis.

Contact Point For cast members; so communication skills must be excellent.

Must Have an appetite for challenge.

Must be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

Team Leaders must motivate their team members for success, outgoing personality, positive, and ever adaptable.

Embody organization's cultural norms and hold team accountable for such.

Unite Cast with a shared sense of purpose to achieve the vision.

Team Leader Must be a Strategist.

Team Leader must be a Talent Advocator.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $20.00/hour.
