Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Coordinate activities, events, and weekend services for consistency within the Kings Kids Ministry
Direct Kings Kids employees and volunteers to follow the Childrens Ministry curriculum to create a cohesive Church of the King Childrens Ministry experience
Make regular site visits to assure that campuses are meeting Church of the Kings Childrens Ministry Department standards
Coordinate the ordering of materials, supplies, snacks, and equipment with all campuses Childrens Ministry Departments.
Communicate and reports the status of all Childrens Ministry per campus to the Associate Pastor of Kings Kids
Be the representative and take responsibility of COTK Childrens Ministry at campus
Oversees the scheduling of all Dream Team Volunteers in Nursery/Preschool, Elementary and Check In Teams
Preparation and execution of curriculum, including all materials, crafts, etc.
Work with volunteer team to accomplish objectives at weekend services
Quality control for equipment and rooms
Build, train, and equip volunteers teams for all areas, following established Church of the Kings procedures
Ensure volunteers are being spiritually ministered to, while maintaining open lines of communication
Oversee events that require childcare staff and equipment/supplies
Assists in the execution and management of special events in the Childrens Ministry such as Kids Camp, Vacation Bible School, etc.

Physical Demand Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds, including but not limited to lifting and carrying equipment
Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching
A reasonable level of physical fitness and strength
Professional/Work Experience Required:
Previously worked with children or worked in a team-building position
Proficient computer skills, in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite, and knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
Has a high level of Spiritual Training to be able to lead volunteers and children
Must have completed Church of the King Next Steps classes; Starting Point, Biblical Foundation, and Dream Team Orientation
Education Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent GED certification required
