Holy Trinity Church in Greenport is seeking a P/T parish administrator. Must be highly organized and detail-oriented. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our church office. This position requires excellent administrative and communication skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while working independently.
Strong computer skills needed : Proficient in Microsoft Office, Constant Contact, Excel and Quicken. You will prepare monthly financials (AR/AP), weekly newsletter & bulletins and an array of other admin duties. Schedule is somewhat flexible and training is available.
