Church of the Advent Anglican (6951 Carroll Ave., Takoma Park) is seeking experienced childcare workers to provide care during our Sunday morning services. Workers would assist church volunteers in classrooms with children ages 6 months - 8 years of age. Work would take place 8:45-11:45am Sunday mornings and pay a flat fee of $75. (Opportunities also occasionally exist for work after the Sunday service or on a weeknight, and pay hourly.)
We have a particular need to fill slots during the summer months, and are willing to work with summer travel schedules if you could make a longer commitment through next year. Summer service times are shorter, and compensation thus slightly reduced.
