Provides enterprise-wide support to the Intelligence Integration and Emergency Management Division (IIEMOD) for the production and development of technical documents created on a routine and as-needed basis. Contractor is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technical documents created within the division.

Work Model: Onsite/Office-Based

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

• Review and edit agency policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), written programs and plans, intelligence products, work instructions, and other mission related documents.
• Ensure all intelligence and criminal analysis related documents are created and formatted in accordance with the Framework of Criminal Analysis (FCA) and Criminal Analysis Handbook.
• Ensure all IIEMOD documents are formatted on approved templates in accordance with HSI Office of the Executive Associate Director, HSI Office of Intelligence.
• Ensure all IIEMOD documents are created in accordance with the HSI Intel Style Guide.
• Establish an IIEMOD technical library of required reference documents used in the creation of IIEMOD written documents and intelligence products.

Mandatory:

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in technical writing or equivalent related discipline
• Active Secret Clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• 4 years of related experience.
