Strategic Initiatives
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
Involved in the development and execution of strategic plan and vision of the Affinity team in conjunction with the A&H North America leader.
Evaluate analyze market dynamics and trends
Monitoring execution of business initiatives.
Participate in development of new products and assists in refining current products and pricing offered
Operations & Process improvement
Routinely evaluate current operations to ensure alignment with Affinity’s long-term objectives
Ensuring suitable metrics are in place to measure performance and progress.
Oversight of information viewable on Chubb’s internal tracking systems to ensure that it accurately reflects the production levels for assigned clients.
Partner with internal stakeholders (marketing, product development, legal, claims, & finance) to ensure alignment on purpose, progress, and resource requirements needed to achieve business objectives.
Work closely with underwriting and administration management to develop, implement, and enhance end to end operational procedures such as accurate input of reporting metrics,
Client Management Leader
Manages the day-to-day work of direct reports and provides consistent performance feedback and coaching to staff
This candidate will be the established point of contact for several key clients within the segment and work closely with Underwriting, Legal, Actuary and Sales to respond to questions and requests from assigned clients.
Navigate new clients through Chubb’s onboarding process including but not limited to due diligence, agent appointment and marketing review.
Conduct weekly/monthly client meetings and provide meeting agendas and minutes to keep team alerted of progress and any implementation issues. This candidate will also conduct quarterly or annual stewardship meetings with clients with a focus on performance and potential sales opportunities.
Candidate will be expected to know their assigned client’s annual premium targets and growth potential to identify upsell/cross sell opportunities within Chubb A&H or other areas within Chubb.
Manage any associated TPA relationships including call center, administrators, claims, agencies, print and digital vendors to ensure campaigns are executed per Chubb’s direction.
Provide market intelligence to support client’s industry focus, benefits with Chubb and potential for others.
Support of Chubb’s Digital Initiatives
Participate in development, testing and implementation of Chubb Affinity’s Digital campaigns. Identify where we can leverage the capabilities within our platform for other Chubb Affinity clients.
Assist in managing the internal and external resources used in developing and maintaining the platform. Participate in weekly calls with platform development, administration and claim venders in-order-to ensure servicing aligns with Chubb standards.
Become proficient in the tools that we use to support our sales platform and transform into an internal Subject Matter Expert (SME). Conduct internal and external presentations illustrating the site capabilities and built-in controls.
Mange the existing team, create/modify process documentation as needed resulting in both a customer-facing and agent-facing manual.
Qualifications
Experience managing client relationships for 10 years or more.
Track record of negotiating complex agreements. Problem solving capabilities and negotiations skills
Communicating strategy effectively throughout the company.
Demonstrated experience developing multi-year strategies and roadmaps.
Strong Organization skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously. High attention to detail and sense of urgency.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office software including Excel, Access, Word and Power Point.
Travel - 25%
