This position is responsible for impacting top-line sales results through agent / leader education, support, and coaching of New Independent Agents and Sales Leaders. The National Field Development Assistant Vice President oversees and manages the performance of Field Development Managers (FDMs) in the field. The AVP, National Field Development sets the strategy for the FDMs to maximize results. In addition, the AVP, National Field Development will assist the home office by consulting on the education strategy and product / process / project field implementations.
