BECOMING OUR MASTER AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN - AUTO MECHANIC

Schedule:

This is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM.

Day-to-Day:

As a Master Automotive Technician - Auto Mechanic, you play a vital role in our team. Your responsibilities include efficiently diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, leading and mentoring junior technicians, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and staying updated on industry trends through continuous training. You bring expertise, leadership, and a commitment to delivering quality repairs to every vehicle that comes through our doors!

Qualifications:

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; OR 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years of automotive repair experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience as a B-Class general service technician
• ASE certified
• Ability to participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Great leadership skills
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
