This position requires the ability to work in stress-filled and safety-sensitive environments, make crucial decisions in regards to the care and treatment of individuals, and possess the ability to communicate those decisions effectively to the individual's team.
As a Day Service Professional you are a role-model, mentor and friend making a difference daily. Day Service Professionals Responsibilities Day Service Professionals work hand in hand with the individuals at the Day Program and out in the community to ensure they are safe, respected, mentored and having fun while participating in activities with the individuals such as going to movies, fishing, bowling and playing games.
Your main job is to create opportunities for the individuals to increase their quality of life.
