Job Summary:

This role fulfills a key people function at Chrsyalis. We are looking for a someone who is passionate about creating great experiences for employees and is comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Organization and clear communication are key!

This role supports our employees globally, with a primary focus in North America. We are in a period of growth with recent expansion into Europe and India.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement key People & Culture (P&C) infrastructure for the company (people processes, programs, policies and practices)
• Work closely with the P&C Leads on programs and processes to support company and team needs.
• Partner with leaders on how to properly resolve complex people issues (conflict management, rewards)
• Supporting the compensation program
  • Recommendations and analysis
  • Contribution assessment calibration
  • Data collection biannually
• Working with team leads to create and administer work plans and contribution improvement programs
• Develop and facilitate company training for P&C-related initiatives
• Identification and proposal of P&C process improvements

• Act with integrity and ethics in handling confidential information

Experience, Skills & Abilities:

• 2-3 years experience as a P&C / HR Business Partner in a medium to large company is required. Alternatively, 3 years strong experience as a HR Generalist.
• Experience in a fast-growing technology company is an asset.
• Experience working as a People Partner in a global or international environment is an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks – this is critical!
• The ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
• Capable of resolving issues with minimal direction.
• Professional maturity and high emotional intelligence.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.

Expected Salary USD $91,000 - $110,000

30-Day Goal:

Start understanding your responsibilities and getting to know the company, the teams, and the people.

60-Day Goal:

Be able to complete most responsibilities unassisted.

90-Day Goal:

Be comfortable with your responsibilities, perhaps even start to recommend changes to make the processes more efficient and user-friendly.
