Chrysalis Counseling Centers, Inc. is currently seeking Qualified Mental Health Professionals to join our Community Based Clinical Team. Our competent and compassionate professionals provide therapeutic services to children, youth, and their families within the home, through telehealth services, and within various community settings. We offer a team approach designing and implementing effective Evidence-based treatment plans through a variety of therapies tailored to the individual needs of clients and their families.

Our highly competent clinical staff are comprised of qualified mental health professionals, psychotherapists, psychologists, psychiatric providers, and therapeutic mentors. We are committed to providing competent counseling services with empathy and compassion so that individuals may achieve healthy and productive lives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field of psychology, counseling, social work, sociology, human services or special education and 1-4 years of mental health experience with children/adolescents. Stated degree and one-year experience will be considered.
  • Registered or eligible to be registered with the Board of Counseling as a QMHP-C, QMHP-A, and/or QMHP-T
  • Must hold a good driving record, current driver’s license, and current auto insurance policy
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

CLIENT SUPPORT:

  • Provide direct clinical services to include individual, family, parenting, group counseling and/or substance abuse treatment in the home and community (Telehealth may be an option).
  • Assessment of mental health issues to incorporate effective treatment strategies
  • Treatment planning to include the development of treatment goals, objectives, and interventions
  • Consultation and coordination of service with community professionals to include but not limited to lawyers, case managers, and doctors.
  • Provide advocacy work with schools, courts, and other social service agencies.
  • Attend individual and group supervisions
  • Completion of clinical documentation
