Chrysalis Center has several openings for Community Case Managers in the Uncasville/Montville area. If you're looking to join a progressive nonprofit organization where your talents in the social service arena will make a difference, we would love for you to join our team!
Individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in case management services with mental health, substance abuse, veterans or homeless clients are encouraged to apply. A bachelor's degree is preferred but life experience will be considered. Bilingual candidates are asked to apply.
All candidates must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, a current registration, and insurance with $100,000/$300,000 limits.
Full COVID-19 vaccinations are a condition of employment.
