Job Description
Chronicle Heritage is seeking a senior CRM professional to serve as an Office Principal out of Kentucky or Ohio. The selected candidate will perform various activities to support growth in the area. Although the Office Principal will make independent business decisions within an agreed strategy for growth, they will be supported by the senior management of the company. This position will report to a Regional Principal, and will be responsible for the following duties:
Expand Chronicle Heritage’s services to new clients
Develop and maintain relationships with targeted clients, including government and private entities, as well as teaming relationships with other firms
Identify project opportunities and lead proposal efforts
Identify technical and staff needs necessary to grow the program
Make business decisions necessary for the practice—including investment, staffing, and technical decisions
Manage complex and large CRM projects—including technical, client, and financial management
Work to implement company-wide advances in efficiency (e.g., reducing paper, record keeping) at the local level
Ensure the quality of work conducted by local staff
Ensure staffing needs are met for local projects
Ensure that local staff and office meet utilization goals
Hire Type: Full-time (Salaried)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, normal business hours
Location: Kentucky or Ohio
Required Qualifications
Advanced degree in archaeology or a related field
Previous experience in the region contributing to the growth of a CRM practice
Secretary of Interior Qualified Archaeologist
Registered Professional Archaeologist
Preferred Skills
