ChromaScape is Hiring a Shipping and Receiving Associate Near Kingman, AZ
ChromaScape is searching a highly motivated and experienced shipping and receiving associate who can help support the vision, mission and guiding principles of the company. The shipping/receiving associate must observe applicable Safety, Health, Quality and Environmental rules and guidelines. The associate must adhere to appropriate company operating procedures, benefit rules, employment, safety and quality policies. ChromaScape is a specialty colorants and additives supplier who provides premium products for a variety of industries. We offer a range of solutions to add vibrancy and superior performance to your products and meet your needs.
Responsibilities for the Shipping and Receiving Associate:
- While performing any procedure, all associates and contract personnel must observe applicable Safety, Health, Quality and Environmental rules and guidelines.
- Attend and participate in training opportunities and seminars relevant to this position.
- Actively participate in clean initiatives and culture.
- Load product onto trailers, and unload raw materials and supplies for production use.
- Verify all products received meet all qualifying criteria:

- Fill out and check accuracy of paperwork for both incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Receive purchase orders into business information system.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times.
- Perform re-packaging of product from one container when required.
- Assist in organizing inventory, both raw materials and finished product.
- Perform inventory and cycle counts.
- Assist in training other production associates in the area of shipping and receiving as needed.
Qualifications for the Shipping and Receiving Associate:
- Competent / comfortable with use of information technology.
- State accredited high school diploma, GED, and / or comparable work experience.
- Knowledge of production procedures.
- Basic math skills
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Must be able to frequently lift up to 60 pounds and manually move product
Physical Demands for the Shipping and Receiving Associate:
- While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear.
- The associate occasionally is required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
- The associate is frequently required to stand and walk.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- While performing the duties of this job, the associate may be occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals.
- Mental and physical dexterity to facilitate machine operation and physical ability to obtain respirator clearance.
