POSITION SUMMARY: Repair, rebuild, and maintain production equipment such as lathes, EDM’s, mills, lasers, blenders, air conditioners, swamp coolers, coating/vacuum furnaces and hydraulic presses.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The duties and responsibilities regularly performed for this position are:Ability to focus on and complete work as assigned.Must have millwright experienceAbility to use hand and power tools efficiently to complete repair and maintenance tasks.Ability to troubleshoot/diagnose problems using symptoms and operator feedback.Install precision ball screws and bearings.Rebuild pumps (hydraulic and water).Replace precision thrust bearings.Working knowledge of CMMS.Repair Unihone grit blast machines.Maintain plant air compressors.Rebuild hydraulic cylinders.Troubleshoot Vacuum/Coating furnaces.Ensures compliance with Company Repair Station Manual (RSM)/Quality Control Management (QCM).
