Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide direct support to clients in accordance with their care plans
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Assist with mobility, including lifting and transferring clients
- Support clients with behavioral management and emotional well-being
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities

Requirements:

- Previous experience in senior care, patient care, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of personal care techniques and practices
- Ability to assist with ADLs and provide direct care to individuals in need
- Proficient in behavior management strategies
- Familiarity with home care procedures and protocols
- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards clients
