PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Mustbe able to lift 100 pounds
Mustbe able to walk, stand, stoop, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time (upto 90% of the workday)
Mustbe able to set up, climb, and ascend ladders with tools and materials requiredto complete tasks
WORKING CONDITIONS
Worksprimarily outdoors, moderate to heavy physical effort required
Exposureto the elements (heat, cold, rain, and possible snow)
Exposureto chemicals related to maintenance of lawns and shrubs.
May be exposed to communicable diseases including HIV andHBV.
