Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Treatment Technician to join our dynamic team. The Treatment Technician will play a crucial role in supporting individuals undergoing detoxification and residential treatment for substance abuse. The ideal candidate will have experience in substance abuse treatment, possess RADT (Registered Alcohol Drug Technician) certification, and be proficient in Kipu EMR software.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support and supervision to clients during detoxification and residential treatment.
• Monitor and document client progress, behaviors, and vital signs according to established protocols.
• Facilitate group activities, educational sessions, and therapeutic interventions under the supervision of clinical staff.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment by enforcing facility rules and regulations.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records and documentation in Kipu EMR software.

Qualifications:

• RADT (Registered Alcohol Drug Technician) certification required.
• Previous experience working in substance abuse treatment settings preferred.
• Familiarity with Kipu EMR software or similar electronic medical record systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Compassionate and nonjudgmental attitude towards individuals seeking recovery.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.49 - $25.88 per hour
