Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Spa Coordinator to join our team. The Spa Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing spa appointments, and ensuring smooth operations within the spa.

Looking for Tuesday - Saturdays

Bonus offered every 3 months given on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures
- Schedule spa appointments and manage the booking system efficiently
- Coordinate with spa staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about spa services
- Maintain a clean and organized spa reception area
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and reconcile daily sales
- Assist in retail sales of spa products and merchandise
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and transactions
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with sales, particularly in retail or wireless sales, is advantageous
