REMOTE. 8 FTE 'GoFollow' NURSE PRACTITIONER Opportunity for DE/MD
We are seeking two experienced
Nurse Practitioners
with adult and pediatric experience to join our team in a fully remote position called
GoFollow
.
GoFollow
ensures timely follow up on studies and results for patients who have been treated in the
ChristianaCare-GoHealth Urgent Care
centers.
In this position, the
GoFollow
FNP will collaborate with many team members and departments utilizing established protocols to determine the need for further evaluation, testing, or treatment and will communicate the treatment plan with patients, their families, and other health care providers. You will respond to patient questions and concerns, including service recovery. You will identify and communicate clinical quality and customer service deficiencies and opportunities for improvement to ensure an effortless and welcoming patient experience.

GoHealth Urgent Care has partnered with ChristianaCare
, one of the most dynamic health systems in the mid-Atlantic region, to operate a network of urgent care centers throughout Delaware and Maryland. The partnership provides patients with greater access to innovative urgent care through state-of-the-art technology and unique patient access tools, such as online registration and appointment scheduling.
ChristianaCare-GoHealth Urgent Care currently has 12 locations: 10 in Delaware and 2 in Maryland.

JOB SUMMARY:

Hours of the GoCover program are:
Monday through Friday: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Each provider would work a total of 32 hours a week, which would include three 10 hour weekdays and no weekend one week; and then two 10 hour weekdays and two weekend days the next (essentially every other weekend).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 years of full-time NP experience in a clinical setting required. Preferably 5 years of NP experience.
• Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (all ages) required.
• Nurse Practitioners:
  Master’s degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP)
• Licensed in the states of Delaware
  and
  Maryland at the time of starting required as a Nurse Practitioner (APRN)
• The perfect candidate should have a DE license to start
