To provide leadership, education, and work collaboratively with the Nursing Integrative Care nurse manager, nursing leaders and staff towards the achievement of expanding the Integrative Care Program at the (Cecil, Newark, HFGCC, Wilmington Campus) to meet organizational goals related to departmental strategic priorities, nursing excellence, interprofessional collaboration, patient experience, caregiver experience, and nursing professional practice outcomes.
