Job Details ChristianaCare is hiring a full time Community Health Program Coordinator for the Hospital Violence Intervention Program and Emergency Department Community Health Worker programs. As a Program Coordinator you would support the program development, operations, and evaluation, working closely with internal and external partners to facilitate successful program implementation, assuring data is collected by staff as required, and ensuring program goals are met.
